A Letter from Michael I. Connolly, Founder and CEO of Atlas Realty Partners.

My partners and I welcome you to Atlas.

We started Atlas Realty Partners at a turbulent time. The world’s economy is changing at breakneck speed. Currencies are gyrating. Billions of dollars of debt are being restructured. Energy and food prices are skyrocketing. Many U.S. residential real estate markets are in decline. The stock market is struggling to find a steady trajectory. Fixed income investments are yielding minimal returns. Meanwhile, individuals in the developed world are preparing for retirement and wondering if they have enough assets to meet their retirement needs. While in other parts of the world, emerging economies such as Brazil, India, the Persian Gulf and China are beginning to shape investors’ outlooks and opportunities.

The world, as always, is in a state of change.

With change, we saw opportunity. We see opportunities to help owners and developers with these challenges and opportunities. We work with you to optimize your capital structure and your leases.
